By accessing or using DocCloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DocCloud is a document management and transaction coordination platform for real estate professionals. The Service allows users to manage transactions, upload documents, and collaborate with team members.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. DocCloud is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to upload illegal content, infringe on intellectual property rights, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
7. Limitation of Liability
DocCloud is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DocCloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
